It contains your username, password and server link (or an M3U link).<\/li>\n<li>Install an IPTV player app on your device. We recommend <strong>IPTV Smarters Pro<\/strong>; other popular players include <strong>TiviMate<\/strong> (Android and Fire TV) and <strong>VLC<\/strong> (computer).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Smart TV (Samsung, LG, Android TV)<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Open the app store on your TV and search for an IPTV player such as IPTV Smarters Pro.<\/li>\n<li>Install and open the app.<\/li>\n<li>Choose <strong>Login with Xtream Codes API<\/strong> (or <strong>Load Your Playlist or File\/URL<\/strong> if you received an M3U link).<\/li>\n<li>Enter the details from your email, then press <strong>Add User<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Wait for the channels to load, then pick <strong>Live TV<\/strong>, <strong>Movies<\/strong> or <strong>Series<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Android phone, tablet or TV box<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Install IPTV Smarters Pro (or TiviMate) from Google Play.<\/li>\n<li>Open the app and select the Xtream Codes login (or add your M3U URL).<\/li>\n<li>Type your username, password and server URL exactly as written in your email.<\/li>\n<li>Tap <strong>Add User<\/strong> and wait for the content to load.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>iPhone, iPad and Apple TV<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Install an IPTV player such as IPTV Smarters Pro from the App Store.<\/li>\n<li>Open the app and choose the Xtream Codes login (or add your M3U URL).<\/li>\n<li>Enter your details and tap <strong>Add User<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Amazon Fire TV Stick<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>From the Fire TV home screen, use <strong>Find<\/strong> and search for your IPTV player in the Amazon Appstore.<\/li>\n<li>Install and open it. If the app is not in your region&#8217;s store, contact our support and we will help you with another way.<\/li>\n<li>Choose the Xtream Codes login (or M3U URL), enter your details and press <strong>Add User<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Windows and Mac<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Install VLC media player from the official website.<\/li>\n<li>Go to <strong>Media<\/strong> then <strong>Open Network Stream<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Paste the M3U link from your email and press <strong>Play<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Troubleshooting<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Login error:<\/strong> copy and paste the details from your email, with no extra spaces. Check that the server URL starts with http:\/\/.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Buffering or freezing:<\/strong> restart your router and app, use a wired connection when possible, and try a lower quality channel.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Black screen or no channels:<\/strong> close and reopen the app, then reload the playlist in the app settings.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Still stuck?<\/strong> Email <a href=\"mailto:support@yourdomain.com\">support@yourdomain.com<\/a> with your device model and a screenshot of the problem.
